Hey Allan---
Good questions.
Best way to buy Barry's music is to go to the buy tab right on this site. All 5 records you listed below are for sale there. Just click on them and it brings you directly to CD Baby. The search issue you brought up is a good one and has to be fixed. The reason the problem exists is due to the fact that the records were all released under slightly different names. For example, the first record was relead uner "Barry Kingston", the second under "Barry Kingston and the Screaming Souls".
As far as Tommy Diehl goes, he would be playing this show but is out to visit his extended family for Thanksgiving weekend---and the Diehl's do not hail from the northeast. So---he will be nowhere close to here.
I'm glad to hear you feel so strongly about both drumers--they are both great musicians.

Hombres:
Three things I wanted to ask you about:
1. On CD Baby, when I search for "barry kingston" I get Nothing But Real and Shakin'. Whehn I search for "Barry Kingston & the Screaming Souls" I get Shakin' and Pass It On. When I search for "Screaming Souls" I get IV and Split Wide Open" But, at no point do I get all the albums on one search. I bought all of them, but, is there any way to make it easier?
2. If Jason Arnold is playing at the Thanksgiving show, does that mean no Tommy Diehl? I love both those guys. Just want to know what happened. Wish you had a blog or twitter for these notes.

Hey Artie-
It is very interesting you brought that subject up. For the first time in many years, we are discussing reworking some of those Breakdown songs and performing them at the upcoming Iron Horse Show on 11/25/09. It should be alot of fun and we have been thinking of what songs to bring back---so if you have a request---now is the time! While we can't guarantee yet that some of these songs will be played that night---it is a stong possibility. We will have to rehearse them first. We hope to see you there! Thanks

Kingston Brothers:
If you guys were the end of a six degrees of separation game that was played on Facebook, that would explain how I got an invitation link to your Thanksgiving Iron Horse show. I am an older fan who remembers seeing you guys with the Breakdown, and has just been out of touch with things. But my kids are older now. You wouldn't remember me though. Just a face in the crowd then. I saw Frank Manzi solo once, since those days. You guys playing any Breakdown songs? Or all new songs from Barry's solo albums and IV (all of which I will buy now)?

The CD is amazing! Sounds kind of like modern Zeppelin.
